KZEN is looking for a senior premium real estate consultant to accompany clients from the first meeting to handover. You are not just selling an apartment — you are crafting a life decision for an entire family. This role suits those who value integrity in the profession and want to build a long-term career.
What you'll do each day
Consult 5–7 prospective clients
Listen to needs and propose options aligned with each client's budget and goals.
Lead property site visits
Schedule and accompany clients on property tours throughout their decision journey.
Negotiate and close transactions
Coordinate legal, banking, and developer teams to finalise paperwork for clients.
Post-handover client care
Maintain long-term relationships and support re-investment or new referrals.
Who we're looking for
Minimum 2 years consulting premium real estate or VIP client services
University degree, preference for economics, marketing, or architecture
Good English communication; Chinese or Korean is a plus
Outstanding negotiation, listening, and closing skills
Professional demeanour suited to high-end clientele
Long-term commitment and willingness to invest in professional growth

Base salary 20–35M + commission
Top market rate. Commission paid transparently within 7 days of transaction completion.
