KZEN Holdings Joint Stock Company ("KZEN", "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit kzen.vn, use the KZEN partner portal, or interact with us through our digital channels.
By continuing to use KZEN's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy. This policy may be updated over time — the most recent update date is shown at the top of the page.
Information we collect
We only collect information necessary to provide real estate consulting and distribution services, operate the partner portal, and comply with legal obligations of a Vietnamese listed company.

How we use your information
Information is used to: (i) provide consulting, consignment and distribution services; (ii) manage broker relationships and pay commissions; (iii) send newsletters and market analysis when you subscribe; (iv) improve the experience on kzen.vn; (v) comply with anti-money-laundering and tax regulations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We share only with necessary partners — developers, mortgage banks, commission processors — under confidentiality agreements.
You can opt out of marketing newsletters at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Sharing with third parties
KZEN may share information with the following third parties, only to the extent necessary: developers of projects you are interested in (Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Gamuda…), mortgage banks, payment processors, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) in anonymised form.
All third parties sign confidentiality agreements and may only use data for agreed purposes. KZEN does not transfer data outside Vietnam unless you give explicit consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. KZEN uses cookies to remember your language, maintain partner portal sessions, and measure campaign effectiveness. You can manage cookies via the banner on first visit or in your browser settings.

Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request data portability. All requests will be processed within 72 hours of identity verification.
You may withdraw consent to data processing at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate for a listed company: SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption for all connections, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, least-privilege access controls, and independent annual security assessments.
All communications between your browser and KZEN servers use TLS 1.3. Sensitive data (passwords, bank accounts) are stored as hashes/encrypted and cannot be read even with direct database access.
Data retention
Customer data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 5 years after termination, to comply with accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations under Vietnamese law. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised for aggregate statistics.
Children
KZEN's services are not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If we discover we have inadvertently done so, the data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
